Binghamton man arrested on felony charges following online threats made toward NYS Senator Lea Webb

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WBNG) — A Binghamton man was arrested on Tuesday on numerous felony charges relating to an alleged online threat he made in WBNG’s comment section, according to information from New York State Police.

James A. Crosby, 49, of Binghamton, was arrested on Tuesday, June 23, on the following charges:

  • Making a terroristic threat as a hate crime, a class C felony.
  • Four counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, all class D felonies.
