
Oat and chia water for weight loss
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of rolled oats

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 glass of water
-
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Preparation:

Add rolled oats and chia seeds to a glass of water.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Add lemon juice when eating, if desired.

Stir well before drinking.
