🥗 Oat and chia water for weight loss

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of rolled  oats

  • 1 tablespoon  of chia seeds

  • 1 glass  of water

  • Juice of  half a lemon  (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Add rolled oats and chia seeds to a glass of water.

  2. Let it  rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes  or overnight.

  3. Add lemon juice when eating, if desired.

  4. Stir well before drinking.
