🍵 Ginger-lemon drink burns fat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of hot water

  • 1 slice of  ginger

  • Juice of  half a lemon

Preparation:

  1. Cook the ginger for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon.

  3. Keep it warm.

👉 1 cup on an empty stomach  or before going to bed.
