How to make the drink that makes you sleep all night
Ingredients:
- ½ glass (approx. 100 ml) of natural milk kefir
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, to enhance the flavor)

Preparation:
- Spot half a glass of milk kefir into a clean glass.
- If you prefer a sweeter or more relaxing touch, add a teaspoon of honey and blend well.
- Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, which also enhance relaxation.
- Consume the preparation between 30 and 60 minutes before going to bed.
- It is not necessary to heat the beverage; it should be eaten cold or at room temperature to preserve the live probiotics.
